DuCoop cvba is a cooperative company set up to invest in sustainable techniques for De Nieuwe Dokken.
The basic deed for the entire district provides for service provision by DuCoop to all residents. You enter into an agreement with DuCoop that guarantees the supply of heat and the correct functioning of the techniques.
DuCoop was created by project developer Schipperskaai Development, water company Farys and innovator Clean Energy Innovative Projects. During the realization, professional parties will join and from 2019 the residents can also acquire shares in the cooperative and thus share in the proceeds.
